foster collaboration.
Amenities in the suite include ADA-compliant restrooms with a shower, a
server room with dedicated HVAC, and tenant-controlled HVAC package units
throughout the suite. There are three sources of fiber optic cable to the
building, supplying plenty of bandwidth for high-tech tenants. There are 3
parking spaces per thousand square feet, including one covered reserved
parking space and additional unreserved parking is available on a month to
month basis. Tenant signage is available adjacent to the entry door on the
ground level, the front door of the suite and on the monument at the front
entrance of MediaWorks.
MediaWorks is a 4.5 acre business campus, conveniently located on the corner
of Culver Blvd. and the Marina (90) Freeway in Marina del Rey. The campus
provides a gatehouse attendant during business days, a security guard
nightly seven days per week and a valet parking to manage visitor parking.
There is a large, furnished outdoor eating area where companies can BBQ and
with food trucks every Wednesday and Friday.
